Why won’t my HomePod power up

Sounds like it is bricked. This happened to me a few days ago. Absolutely dead. Took it into Apple Store. Said it was out of warranty and said I need to purchase a replacement (AU$500). So annoyed that I spent basically AU$1000 (2 homepods) on a speaker system that lasted 3 years. Customer service was appalling. One agent sniggered as I was obviously annoyed, whilst the senior guy told me AU$500 wasn’t that much money.

Sorry, there’s nothing else that can be done because you need it to power on to do a hard reset. If it’s still under warranty you can get in touch with Apple @Get Support
