Using Swift Playgrounds on High Sierra

Hi folks,

I work for a school that for various reasons cannot update their OS past High Sierra. I am trying to find a way to use Swift Playgrounds as part of the curriculum, however, when I attempt to install the app it tells me I need 11.3.1 to run it. It seems like Apple has their playgrounds configured to work with only with Big Sur, but perhaps there's a way to use an old version of the software. (??). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
