Screenshot button double tap

I had a 6s and recently updated to an se, all my settings transferred over. But I needed to adjust the sensitivity of the keyboard and when I did my programmed screenshot button disappeared. I have done the entire settings then activated the double tap screenshot ( but I really doesn’t work, tapping on the back of my phone) my shadow like button that you could move around on the screen with your finger has disappeared and I can not get it back that was used to screenshot or acces a menu when held longer.

Greetings tammydr837,

We understand that you are missing some features on your new iPhone after changing the keyboard sensitivity.

The ‘shadow like button’ you’re referring to sounds like an Accessibility feature called AssistiveTouch. You can enable that in Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch. You can also ask Siri to enable the feature. Here’s more on how to use it and what the feature does - Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

It also sounds like you’re using Back Tap and have it set it up in Settings > Accessibility > Touch to take a screenshot with a double tap. Do you have a case on your iPhone? If so, does removing the case change the behavior? Does your iPhone have iOS 14.7.1 installed? You can verify that in Settings > General > Software Update.

Thank you.
