Hi there!
It appears that #images is missing from the app drawer in the Messages app on your iPhone. We’d be glad to assist.
To start, follow the steps in the ‘If #images is missing from app drawer’ section here:
Send and save GIFs on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If this continues after looking over that, please provide more details about what happens when you try to add the #images app in Messages.
Cheers!

We appreciate that additional information. As long as you are in a country/region where #images is available (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, India, Singapore, Philippines, and Japan), then it should not matter what language your device or keyboard is set to.
If you are in a supported country/region, then we would recommend reaching out to Apple Support to get the best assistance going forward.
Take care!
Got it.
In that case, we would still advise contacting Apple Support using the link we previously sent over.
You can also call in using the phone number most applicable to you from here:
Contact Apple for support and service
Best regards.
Hi I tried this but the menu of additional apps does not include the #images app. Could it be that it's because my phone is set up in Spanish? I have the English keyboard activated, but may be I need to switch the actual phone language to be in English. Please advise. Thank you!
Yes, I am in USA and the app is not listed in the drop down menu of apps to add to drawer.
