Unknown orange dot that won’t go away no matter what i try

So i have the orange dot at the top of my screen and it says unknown, i’ve closed all apps, even tried going to settings then turning off the access to my microphone AND camera for all apps but it’s still there. it’s been like the for hours now and i don’t know what to do. i even put a VPN on. please help
