My apps don’t seem to be connecting to internet

When I try to use my Facebook app, messenger app it says there is no internet. Im able to use my web browser. I’ve deleted the apps and downloaded them again. I don’t understand. I’ve reset my phone. I even downloaded the Apple support app and I can’t even use it because it says there’s no internet.

Does this happen on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both?


If on Wi-Fi, check out recommended settings for your router.


Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points


If on cellular, check to ensure they have cellular data access.


View or change cellular settings on iPhone
