Possible Fraud with IWatch

I just received a message from Apple that said

“Your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage on a new Apple Watch.”

my watch is not being used. I have recently had my bank account hacked and think they may somehow be using my info on a device I do not own. What can I do to find out what may be going on?
