My Apple TV 4K has a blinking light. No signal. Unplugging and waiting 30 seconds doesn’t work. Holding both the menu and TV buttons don’t work. What should I do ?

A flashing status light indicates a failure to start up properly. If a restart of the device doesn’t improve the situation, then the system software may need to be re-installed.
