Hi, I dropped my iPhone X and a cracked the screen and back. I got the front fixed and now want to fix the back. It was cracked at first now pieces of glass are falling off. It is space grey. I was wondering if I can change the colour of the back, so when I get it fixed can I get white back glass. If not it’s fine but I was wondering.

My understanding is the back glass is fused to the case and cannot be replaced separately. The entire phone has to be replaced.

Apple will likely replace it with whatever color is presently on the phone.
Since the only option Apple offers if the back is damaged is to replace the entire phone, I have to assume you had the screen replaced by someone other than Apple.
If that's the case, Apple won't touch it at all.
