If I transfer data from my android, will this erase all my data on my android?

We understand that you are planning on transferring data from your Android to your iPhone, and want to know if it will erase the data on your Android. You are looking at the appropriate article to transfer data from Android to iPhone. This data transfer would not delete the data from your Android device.

The most telling comment on this is the last paragraph in that article. Where it states: "You might find that only some content transferred and your iOS device ran out of space, or your iOS device might appear full even though the transfer didn't finish. If so, erase your iOS device and start the transfer again. Make sure that your Android content doesn't exceed the available space on your iOS device."

Erasing your iPhone and restarting the transfer would not be an option if the data was erased from the Android device as a result of the transfer.
