How do I get an Apple certification if I do not work for Apple

I am mobile device technician and I want to become Apple certified so that I can qualify for purchasing genuine Apple repair parts. How can I get started on this? I don't work for Apple and never have.

Basically, the first step is to become a Apple Authorized Service Provider.
