my Iphone 10 X prints only 4 X 6 just like all the others that have complained in the past.

This topic has been around for a while and it just happened to me. And before you go stating this is a printer problem IT IS NOT! This is an apple problem. I have been using AirPrint for YEARS with no problem. Then for the first time in my life with my HP printer i printed some photo's from my computer to 4 X 6 photo paper. After I finished I set everything back to 8 1/2 by 11 (default) My computer prints fine. My other computers prints fine, my Son's Samsung prints fine. My apple phone is now locked and will not let me change the settings for the layout size. It is stuck on 4 X 6. I have reviewed many posts tried everything mentioned and no change.
