hello, I forgot my security answers and when I try to reset them, it doesn't let me do because it is written " we don't have sufficient information to reset security questions" what should I do? please help me. thanks

If you see the message "not sufficient information" here are two methods that are relatively similar for possibly recovering from "not sufficient information" by signing up for Two Factor Authentication at this stage. See these posts by Community Specialists:
