i have Apple Premier but my family can't access Fitness

how do I fix this?

Have they tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if that allows them access?

Apple fitness On my child’s iPad when I turn on screen time controls the apple fitness disappears and I’m not certain if there’s a way I can add parental controls and also have apple fitness app present. I have specifically given fitness app permission to remain so I know that’s not the issue.
