I have cancelled subscription on shahid vip from July and still receive me bill from batelco why??

I'm sorry to hear you were billed for a subscription which you cancelled.


  • You must cancel subscriptions with more than 24 hours to go, otherwise they could renew automatically, it seems like this could have been the case here.


How did you cancel your subscription?

You should cancel subscriptions following the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support 


You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
