Hi, my netflix subscription is billed through iTunes. I am member since 2017 but now where my credit card was renewed the connection has been lost and my netflix account is on hold. Netflix tried to fix it but they told me that only apple support you can help me, and if needed to cancel my subscription.
Could you please help me?

Netflix and iTunes had a "divorce" 2 years ago, and many things have gotten messed up. In your case, contact Apple Support to get the existing subscription cleared out: Get Support
