My system camera isn’t working at all it will not enable in settings. Video calls for Face time isn’t working. I tried to turn it on in settings but it still won’t work at all I do not have a system camera app on Home Screen at all

Hello ~ Try a couple of things as it is still on your device and cannot be deleted:
Swipe right and Search for camera
Check in Settings *General*Restrictions
Then of course there is:
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
