Apple TV does not have channels in the traditional sense.

It has Apps, you can download apps for news sources like ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, Fox News etc… Most of those offer free news live streams like CBSN or NBC News Now.

They also offer subscription based access to things like 60 minutes, 48 hours and other news programs like that.
