My iPhone 11 was acting slow. I thought maybe if I turned it off and back on that it would reset. However, when I turned it back on, the Apple logo began to blink... stay on for 5 seconds, then goes off for 5 seconds, continuously. Its been going it for about 10 hours now. Any have any idea what that means? I have connected to the computer and tried to update it but it keeps saying It can't be updated with an error message 4013.
