Mac for college with education pricing

Hi!

I am a student at a university in Sri Lanka. I'd like to purchase a MacBook at Apple's educational pricing, but there is no Apple store in Sri Lanka. How do I purchase a MacBook under education pricing while presenting my university ID? Is it possible to purchase a foreign country through a friend, and if so, what is the procedure?

It is not possible to purchase using student pricing in a foreign country. If Apple sells direct online in Sri Lanka, you may be able to purchase with a discount there, but not all offers are available in all regions and may vary from region to region.
