Operating System updates are not showing up under Updates.

Hi,

My 2013 MacBook Pro running operating system Sierra Version 10.12.6 is not showing any operating system updates under Updates. I even tried doing searches under the Updates and nothing comes up. Is there another way to update my MacBook Pro or am I stuck with the current operating system?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
