Beats Flex model A2295 not responding

Hello. My Beats Flex is unresponsive. At first the right side volume was much lower and I noticed the LED was constantly on white light. Tried to reset but there was no change, led still constant on white. Then let the battery drain so LED finally went out, now Flex won’t charge. What to do next?

It sounds like your Beats Flex earphones aren't charging as expected. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we can provide some guidance.


To start, what are you seeing from the LED indicator light currently? For example, is the light white, red, or blinking red? Did you follow the steps below to reset your Beats?


"1. Press and hold both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.

 2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again."

If resetting doesn't seem to help, try using a different charging cable and let us know how it goes.
