Try https://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders and click on Order Listing.
Click on order listing and login to your account.
I cannot get access to older email (I'm currently pursuing that with my email provider). I was hoping that Apple could provide me with a copy of a computer order from Dec 2020-Jan 2021 (I don't know the exact date).
