Not from Apple. The second generation iPod is a 13 year old device at this point and as pointed out in the support document you posted from, considered obsolete by Apple.
You may be able to get it replaced in a 3rd party repair shop, but honestly at that age it may more cost effective to just buy a newer one instead.
