"Available" is a supply chain issue and we are not Apple. Therefore we have no access to Apple inventory data nor shipping company records.


Phil024 is correct that the 16GB option has been in place since the first M1 MBPs shipped.


There are shortages of everything right now, compounded by shipping delays. See:
