Cellular service no longer working after downloading the 14.8 update
What's the fix to this issue? Already tried to roll back to 14.7.1 and doesn't allow since I'm unable to turn off Find My.

If your carrier says “If your carrier confirms that there's no issue with your account or network, but you still can't connect to a cellular network, contact Apple Support.”
What’d Apple say when you called or chatted then?
You cannot revert back to prior iOS versions. Start by folding https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201415
Didn't resolve the issue.
No issues with my Verizon account and chat option is not available and unable to call Apple support since cellular is not working on my iPhone XR.
Keep checking until Chat shows as an option or See if you can use someone else's phone or enable/use WiFi calling.
I got mine to work by going under General>scroll down to Reset>and Reset Network Settings.
