Iphone X Touch screen Issue - Poor and Bad quality product

Apple ruined my life... Really disappointed with the quality and service of apple. Can you imagine apple product that even not lasting for couple of years.


My iphone X having touch screen issue, which I was having for long time . Due to covid lockdown and all, I could not visit the store. later I found that Apple has agreed that Iphone X has touch Issues and they are running service call back. You know due to covid pandamic situation I could not reach to the Store, and when I reached it was 2 months passed after three year. They refused to accept the phone under service call back. Now I can't use this phone. I am suffering because of Apples Bad quality product.

Now I don't recommend to any one apple. Iphone x was my second phone after 7 years usage of apple 4 ( MC606AE/A) which is still with me.

Here is my question, does any one has same kind of experience and how do you manage it. your suggestions awaited.

If your device was not functioning properly, you could have sent it in for repairs.


The service program is good for three years from the purchase of your device: https://support.apple.com/iphone-x-display-module-replacement-program. Again, mail-in service is available.


It seems you missed the service window, but you can still have your device repaired through an Apple Store, Authorized Repair Center or by mail.
