Apple Watch Pairing

I have had my apple watch connected to my iphone. But i needed to reset it and fix some of information so i completely erased it from my phone and unpaired it. Everytime i go to repair it to my Iphone it says that this apple watch is already paired to an Iphone. Can u please help me fix this
