iPhone XR shutter sound
Camera shutter sound wont turn off tried everything. Think the iPhone is from Japan where the shutter sound is left on by law. Is apple able to fix this coz i dont live in japan?

No. So, I'd say just get a new phone without the shutter sound, if the shutter should bugs you.
