Charges are being charged to a Paypal account I no longer have

I no longer have Paypal. I had I free scanner app on my phone that I had for years. For some reason put a monthly charge on my account in the amount $1.99 by a company called MixerBox Inc . They said I had 5 days to or I would be charged. I immediately removed the app. I also deleted the paypal account to avoid this happening again. I am receiving email from Itunes to pay for the item eventhough I deleted it and no longer have Paypal. Please help.
