What does it matter?
The RAM is NOT replaceable in any Apple iOS/iPadOS device.
The new iPad 9th gen has 3 GBs of RAM.
Same as the previous 7th and 8th gen iPads. I think is is LP ( Low Power ) DDR4 RAM.
That is what is currently in the 8th gen iPad.
Has a bump in its CPU to an A13 Bionic and a big bump up in the FaceTime camera for use with new CenterStage video feature and rear camera bumped up specs, as well.
The screen even gets Apple TruTone room enviroment screen calibration feature.
