My scrabble go on my iPhone 11 will not open, everything online says go and reinstall the app and I will not lose my data. But when I go settings then it says to go to the apps there are only App Store settings and that does not allow me to do what the instruction say online. I update my iPhone, I have turned the phone off and on many times.
