This is ancient software and I seriously doubt that there will ever be an updated version to run on current macs, but in any case P.Phillips said it: contact the developer (if they are still around, not sure about that).
Any reason why you’d want turbo c specifically? You can certainly program in C or in C++ in your mac using modern tools.
