Face ID not working after update 14.7.1 and 14.8

Hi everyone, i have a problem with face id on my phone

a few weeks ago a realized the face id features is not working so smooth, so i deleted my face id and think to try make a new one but its failed i think its just bug on 14.7.1 update so i just use passcode

and today i just updated this new update (14.8) and still failed and stuck on “Position your face within the frame”

is there any bug or something?
