davinci resolve // app store version vs online

hi, i bought davinci resolve in the app store about a year ago. since then i am having problems with plugins etc which the online version doesn't have (davinci support says so) now i'd love to switch the app - but don't want to pay twice. i tried to refund - but it seems to long ago. my poroblem is: i just now found out that the difference between the app store and online version is causing all my trouble....

any help here?
