None of the selected files were converted becaue they could not be found Trying to convert songs to MP3 and keep getting this error. The songs have been downloaded and placed in my library on the computer. Not sure why I am getting this. Logged in and out of my account and still can't get it to work.

Converting to MP3 I do the process Preferences, MP3, convert... but always I get the msg: " music.. Could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to other formats". Does anyone have an answer for this? Best, Alex.

They were not Converted is probably because of the Digital Right Management (DRM ) Lock on the files.
