I have iCloud but still getting my phone storage is full

Phone storage is not combined with the iCloud storage
if your phone storage is low you can do this :-
go to settings and the click on your name on the top of the page
chose iCloud > photos > and turn on the photo library and chose
( optimize iphone storage )
what will happen?
from know all your pictures will uploaded on icloud and at the same time smaller size copy will stay on the phone and it will free up more storage for your phone
