On what browsers you can use ApplePay?

I know it's possible to use apple pay on some mac providing you use safari. but can you use apple pay on a windows safari or chrome? will you receive a notification on your phone or something?

As far as I know all browsers on Macs support Apple Pay. If you do not have a Mac with Touch ID it should send a signal to your phone. On an iPhone when you open go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay> "allow payments on Mac" is an option. There is no "allow payments on PC" option.
