Apple Watch 5 White Snow Screen

My Apple Watch 5 has a white snow screen (like the old t.v.s used to get) stuck on. The watch seems to be functioning in the background, but only the white snow is visible.

This is the second time it has happened. The last time, it came back on after a reset and being on the charger. No luck this time.

It sounds like a hardware problem, but the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

The quickest way to get the problem diagnosed and resolved to to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support. Either way:
