Why does my watch 6 keep showing Fall Detection when I haven't had a fall. Is it sensing my normal movements?

I have just started wearing my Apple Watch a month ago and since then I have received 2-3 fall detection alerts per day. I’m active but note too much, at 73. It is annoying. I am not doing anything strenuous when it triggers. I don’t want to be the old lady who cries ”wolf” and have 911 put me on a no-go list. Help me!

If your very active then the more active you are the more false positives you will receive.

An action like or similar to banging your fist on a table will trigger a fall.
