Colours reversed on Display

Question

The colours on display have reversed . How to revert back so that previous colours appear ?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.5

have you gone into System Preferences > Accessibility under the "display" tab and ensure "invert colours" is unchecked?

It depends on exactly you mean by reversed.

Are you using Dark Mode? See in System Preferences->General->Appearance:

Are you seeing a jumble of colors? Look in System Preferences->Accessibility->Displays->Display and make sure that Invert Colors is NOT checked:
