I have just bought an Iphone 12 pro with double sim to have my personal and business numbers on one Iphone. It could be possibile transfer both the data from my old personal and bussines Iphones on the new one?

How do I backup a phone before switching sim card we share an I tunes account. How do we backup the old phone now before pulling sim card & putting in the new one
