Activation unsuccessful
I've tried to register my imessage several times but it always displays "activation unsuccessful"

... and from that article you know that you will need to contact the carrier for further assistance with this matter. That was step 2 in the "Still not activated after a day?" section.
I updated to the latest ios but my carrier is a provider from the Philippines. I'm using the phone in the United States.
