A13 Bionic or M1 which is better chip set in iPad

The M1 is the more powerful of the two architectures. The M1 uses a fully integrated SoC (System on Chip) that integrates a number of components - such as CPU, GPU, RAM and Cache - providing significant gains in performance.


The A13 CPU, by contrast, lacks this level of system integration.
