What do you do for security updates like the latest one if you have a MacOS High Sierra Version 10.15.6?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

If you meant to ask about macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra, then there is nothing you can do. There is no security update forthcoming for that older version. High Sierra is now unsupported by Apple and not receiving security updates.


You can continue to use your Mac with that OS, but If you wish to use something newer you will have to either upgrade the macOS in your current Mac, if it can be upgraded, or buy a new or newer Mac.
