Why my battery on service they dont show health which is 100%

Either your battery is seriously degraded and you need a new one or you had the battery replaced with a non-Apple Battery. Unless the battery is provided by Apple, it will not show Battery Health statistics.

It will only appear when an approved Apple Battery is installed.
