Where can I contact you guys for a iPhone 7 need help with it

14.7 is no longer available to install. Its been superseded by 14.7.1 and 14.8 now. You can only install the most current iOs version supported by your iPhone. for an iPhone 7 that is currently iOS 14.8.

Go to Settings->General->iPhone Storage, and look for the update package there. When you find it delete it form there by tapping on the (i) icon and then on Delete.

With that done, go back to Settings->General->Software Update, and let the iPhone find the new 14.8 to install.

You will need to be connected to Wi-Fi and have at least 50% battery power or be connected to power.

At some time in the past you installed a beta version of iOS 14 on your phone, which stopped being updated with 14.7. Go to Settings/General/Profile and delete the beta profile. You can then update to 14.8.

If it says it's already installed the you are running a beta version and that's why you can't update. Try this -

Go to Settings > General > Profiles and delete the beta profile. 

Restart the phone and go to Settings > General > Software Update and click on the update.
