How can I stop my ID from being hacked?

I was informed that someone was using my Apple ID. I changed the password and still someone is using my Apple ID.

What can I do to stop this?

You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
