I believe iOS 14 requires iPhone 7 or later, can’t find the specs right now, but will check again.

No, a 6S or later.
Thanks, for some reason I couldn’t find the iOS 14 specs/requirements anymore, defaults to iOS 15, good to know! Especially now.
