Factory reset iPad Mini2?

I have an old iPad that's been sitting for 5 or more years. don't remember the passcode I restarted it now it ant me to log in with an old apple ID I don't remember with an email i don't remember ever using, how to factory reset this device??

locked out of iPad. Can’t reset Apple id password mom locked herself out of her ipad. pretty sure we know the right email for her apple id. would like to reset the password. but arent given the option at the current menu.
